Are sarees handcrafted?+
Yes. Every saree is handcrafted by artisans from Bengal, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan using Kantha, Kalamkari, Chanderi, Maheshwari, Shibori and Bagru/Dabu techniques.
Can you deliver within India?+
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 days and delivered within 2–5 days across India. Tracking details are provided once your order ships.
What is your return policy?+
Returns are accepted within 14 days for unworn and unwashed sarees with tags attached. Email kalamkanthafashion@gmail.com to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 4–5 days after approval. Sale items are non-refundable.
What is the saree length?+
Each saree is approximately 6.3 metres long and includes a 0.8 metre blouse piece.
Which fabrics and crafts do you offer?+
Our collection includes Kantha, Kalamkari, Chanderi, Maheshwari, Shibori, Mulmul, Khadi and Block Print, crafted in cotton, silk-cotton, khadi and mulmul.
How should I care for my saree?+
For Cotton, Khadi, Mulmul and Shibori, hand-wash in cold water and dry in shade. Chanderi and Maheshwari sarees should be dry-cleaned. Do not machine-wash.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept payments through Razorpay, including cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets. Cash on Delivery is available within India.
Do you offer international shipping?+
Yes. International delivery generally takes 2–3 weeks. Applicable customs duties and taxes are payable by the customer.
Are your sarees suitable for gifting?+
