Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Kalamkantha Collection

At Kalamkantha Collection, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns
• returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• To be eligible, items must be:
– Unworn, unwashed, and unused
– In original condition with all tags attached
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
• Worn or washed items
• Items without original tags
• Final sale or discounted items

3. Return Process
• To initiate a return, contact us within the eligible return period at:

• Once approved, we will share return instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
• Customers may return the product and place a new order separately.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Refunds – Online Payments (Prepaid Orders)
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI / Wallets).
• Refund initiation: within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
• Bank processing time may take an additional 4–5 business days.

• Refunds will not be applicable if:
– The returned item does not pass quality checks
– The package is lost during self-shipping by the customer

7. Refunds – Cash on Delivery (COD Orders)
• Refunds will be processed via:
– Bank transfer OR
– Store credit / E-voucher

• Processing timeline: 7–8 business days after approval.
• Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts (name must match order details).
• Cash refunds are not available for COD orders.

• Refunds will only be initiated after the returned product is received and approved.

8. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
