• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or local restrictions.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.

• If your shipment appears delayed or stuck, you can contact us and we will coordinate with the courier partner to assist you.

2. Shipping Partners

• The courier partner is selected based on serviceability, location, and order size.

3. Delays and Delivery Issues

• While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
• KalamKantha is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

• In case of delivery issues, we will assist you in tracking and resolving the matter with the courier partner.

4. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
• If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Shipping timelines:
• Standard International: 7–14 business days
• Express International: 3–5 business days
• Timelines are indicative and may vary based on destination country, customs clearance, and courier availability.

Shipping charges:
• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.
• Free shipping is not applicable on international orders.

Customs, duties & taxes:
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country.
• These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
• KalamKantha has no control over customs processes and cannot predict additional charges.
